Our work is characterized in straight at line that wet works to create new designs and plans for buildings based on the information provided by the clients. We usually will start a project by meeting with the clients or investors to find out what components or spaces they want in the building. After this meeting we will then examine the actual site location, or in the case of working with an existing building or open plot, we will measure, record and even photograph the current constructionor open plot. The key to a our success is good planning and an understanding of what can and cannot be done given the environmental conditions, cost restrictions, and expectations of the clients.

Once we have seen the physical space and have met with the client we then begin developing proposals based on the information they have gathered. Once the proposal or plans have been designed, usually using a computer assisted drafting program we then reviews the plans with the clients. Many new computer programs actually allow a three dimensional model of the building or space to be created so that the clients can actually see what the end product will look like in a three dimensional way.
